May 8, 2007 · One of my colleagues does a poem based on the book "I Love You the Purplest," and the students pick colors that represent their mom and then fill in the rest of the images for that color (I guess you'd have to know the book to understand what I mean). That might be cute if you shorten it and have them paint their handprint their chosen color, too.
