Sam Neill admits he would not be alive if it weren't for the advancements in medicine to treat cancer. The Jurassic Park actor was in 2022 diagnosed with stage 3 angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, a form of blood cancer, and underwent chemotherapy.

But the Hollywood star, who is best known for his role as palaeontologist Alan Grant in the Jurassic Park series of films, told Kate Thornton on her White Wine Question Time podcast that he was now “hard at work and enjoying life immensely”.

The actor revealed that he is "enjoying life immensely" following his recent cancer battle, and shared his gratitude for the medical advancements that have made his recovery possible.
