A man recorded spewing the n-word during a road rage argument has resigned from his position on the Penn State York advisory board, the school confirmed Tuesday. On Nov.10, a video was posted on an account on the social media platform X under the handle “YorkpaRacist” showing Penn State York Advisory board member Jonathan Spanos making racist comments during the verbal altercation.
