Despite our protestations, Microsoft is determined to make AI tools in the workplace accessible and appealing with a raft of new improvements across its Microsoft 365 (M365) suite of productivity tools.

Copilot in PowerPoint is also getting improvements, with an improved narrative builder that’s designed to let you quickly create a first draft of a slide deck. The AI assistant will even soon use a company’s branded template to create drafts or company-approved images from SharePoint libraries.

The updates come amid complaints from some business customers that they have not seen enough value from Copilot so far.
